• God Is a Gardener
    Mar 31 2026
In Genesis chapter 2, we’re told God planted a garden.

And then all the way at the end of the Bible, in Revelation chapter 22, we’re told about a river of life that flows through Heaven.

And on each side of the river is the Tree of Life.

John 15 tells us, Jesus says, “I am the vine, my father is the gardener.”

Gardeners are unique people. My husband is a gardener. If we have a plant that isn't doing well, I want to throw it away, but not my husband; he sees potential. He’ll take it down to his office and patiently care for it, make sure it has water and light. He’ll prune it. Until eventually he’ll bring it back upstairs, a beautiful, healthy plant.

It’s just like God. He sees us, He knows that there’s life in us, and He patiently gardens.

  • Drowning in Fear
    Mar 30 2026
One of Jesus’ friends, Peter, he faced a terrifying storm.

And in the middle of the chaos, in the middle of the real danger, Jesus invited him to do something shocking—step out of the boat into the stormy sea and walk on the water!

But he walked on the water, feeling daring and alive. But when he remembered the wind and waves, it says, “fear overtook him again, and he began to sink.”

Immediately, Jesus reached out His hand, catching Peter and lifting him up. Maybe you feel overwhelmed or afraid today. God sees you, and He wants to bring you peace. Could it be that Jesus is inviting you to step out in faith today? Right now? Choose Him today, trust Him with your life.

You can pray to Him and say: “Jesus, I want to know You and trust You. Please help me to step forward in faith. I receive Your peace now. Amen.”

Always remember, there is hope with God.

  • Do you feel lost?
    Mar 27 2026
Jesus told a story about a shepherd who left ninety-nine sheep to search for the one that was lost.

He searched, and he searched, and he was patient until he found that one lost sheep, and he carried it home with joy.

That story reminds us that every life matters deeply to God. No matter how far you feel from God, He is after you, He is seeking for you, and He longs to carry you home to safety.

Perhaps you feel lost today and uncertain about your purpose. This is the invitation: come to know God, experience His love, and find the rich and satisfying life that He has planned for you.

And you can just begin that by praying to Him. Speak to Him. You can say: “Jesus, I am lost. Please put me on the right path. Come and find me. And guide me with Your love and protection. And I will follow You forever. Amen.”

    Scripture Reference: Matthew 18:12

Always remember, there is hope with God.

  • Save Yourself
    Mar 26 2026
In chapter 15 in the book of Mark, we hear the story of when Jesus is taken to the cross.

He is challenged over and over again to save Himself.

He's insulted, abused, stripped naked, beaten, mocked… And the final insult? People cry out, “Save yourself!” And He could, of course He could. But He didn't, because He was called to save us. You and me and the entire world.

We daily live to save ourselves. To protect our comfort, our future, our health. But one day, we won't be able to save ourselves. One day we’ll come face to face with death, with eternity, with loss, and we’ll need a savior.

What kind of God is this? That didn't save Himself, but came to save us?

  • Take Courage
    Mar 25 2026
The Bible, God’s holy book, tells us the story of a young queen, Esther.

Her people were in danger, and to help them, she had to approach the king uninvited—that was a move that would cost her her life. Her bravery saved her people and brought protection, hope, and life to thousands.

Courage isn’t about our own strength—it’s about trusting God even when we feel small.

Maybe you’re facing a challenge today that feels too large. God is inviting you to fully trust Him, knowing He will guide you and give you strength in the challenge.

You can pray with me for it: “God, help me to act with courage and trust you, even though I feel small. I trust that You will give me strength today. I want to know You and begin a relationship with You, the Living God. So, come into my life. Please forgive me, heal me, and thank You. In Jesus’ name. Amen.”

Always remember, there is hope with God.

  • Never Forsaken
    Mar 24 2026
While visiting a prison to share the love of Jesus, I met a woman who felt alone and forsaken by everyone, including God.

Three of her adult children had died and her husband had also recently passed away.

I thought about Jesus on the cross. The Bible says that He cried out to His father, “My God, my God. Why have you forsaken me?”

The depth of this word is stunning and exactly the way this woman felt. She felt forsaken. But she wasn’t! The truth is that we will never be forsaken. Jesus was forsaken, so that we never will be.

Jesus went to the cross. He was forsaken by His father, so that you and I never will be.

Always remember, there is hope with God.

  • Trusting Even When You’re Scared
    Mar 23 2026
Have you felt trapped by circumstances beyond your control?

Consider the story of Daniel from the Bible— this is God’s ancient book of wisdom. Because of his faithfulness to God, jealous leaders plotted against Daniel—and he was thrown into a den of lions.

But Daniel didn’t panic. He prayed, and he trusted God. And that night, God miraculously shut the mouths of the lions, and Daniel emerged untouched. God had not only protected him but also inspired faith in everyone else who witnessed this.

God is working like this, even today.

He may not always remove the danger, but He will walk with you through it. He gives courage when we feel afraid, and He strengthens us when we’re weak.

If you feel trapped or afraid, ask Him: “God, I want to trust You. Protect me, give me courage, and help me to know You. Amen.”

Always remember, there is hope with God.

  • God of Abundance
    Mar 20 2026
Have you ever felt the smallness of your life?

A young boy in the Bible felt that way. He found himself in a crowd of people. They were all gathered to see Jesus, and they were far from home, and they had nothing to eat.

But this boy had some food with him. Something moved him to offer it instead to Jesus. Jesus took that small but faith-filled offering, and He multiplied it beyond imagination! Every single person ate until they were full, and there were even baskets and baskets leftover.

What do you think God might do with your offering? If you choose to give it to Him, watch what He will do.

Maybe you don’t know this, but I want to tell you right now, your life matters to God. Every struggle, every detail, every effort, every obedience, every offering—God sees it.

Put your life in Jesus’ hands today and let Him show you about His abundant love.

Always remember, there is hope with God.
