How to build-up decision making mindset like an Entrepreneur without being one?

Many times, we believe that things are very complicated for us to understand which turns out to be very simple.

We tend to over-complicate the decision making mindset which is not needed at all.

Over all these years, every task that I have been able to complete, had once started with a good question and a clear mindset of achieving the end goal.
