Josiah Fiebelkorn - Discipleship in Worship

This week I sat down with Josiah Fiebelkorn to discuss discipleship as a worship leader and what that means for both your team and church. We also defined both the terms "worship" and "worship leader" and discussed why those definitions matter. Here are a few of my favorite thoughts from this episode:

1. We've all been given the calling of "disciple maker."
2. The church needs faithful leaders, not just singers.
3. Your job is to serve. Don't limit your service to music alone.
