This episode of Histories of Horror dives into the harrowing 2007 murders of Channon Christian and Christopher Newsom in Knoxville, TN.
Sai and AL confront the brutal reality of this tragedy, the systemic failures and judicial misconduct that followed, and the immense courage it has taken for the families to pursue justice for nearly two decades.
HOH community is facing two major moments this week, and we are asking for your support to help us keep moving forward:
1. Support for AL’s SurgeryOur dear cohost, AL is heading into surgery again this Wednesday, which also happens to be her birthday. This is a heavy physical and financial burden, and we want to surround her with as much relief as possible. Please consider contributing to her GoFundMe to help cover medical costs and recovery.
Support AL's GoFundMe here!
2. Boots on the Ground: No Kings LA
Sai Marie is heading to Los Angeles on the 28th to represent Authors of the Resistance at No Kings LA. Thanks to a generous anonymous angel investor, her travel and accommodations are already secured!
However, being "boots on the ground" comes with additional daily costs. We are looking to raise support for food and miscellaneous travel expenses to ensure she can focus entirely on the mission while there.
