Structured check-ins, boundary setting without guilt, and separating the person from the pressure can significantly improve connection.

Whether in friendships, family relationships, or romantic partnerships, shared responsibility is key. Healing yourself is not selfish, it strengthens your ability to love others well. Awareness, compassion, and practical tools are the foundation for relational resilience.
