Let's Get Cheesy! How to Build the Perfect Board with The CharcuteQueen

This week we get to chat with one of most favorite new friends, Lauren Simon, aka The CharcuteQueen, is a Columbus Native working the classic 9-5 for a local non profit before COVID. Due to the pandemic, she lost her job and with that, a big part of her identity. For four months she applied for over 100 jobs, never even scoring an interview. One day in August 2020, she took a charcuterie board to a friends brunch and by accident, The CharcuteQueen was born. Since September 28th, this "Covid Comeup" has sold over 800 boards,boxes and cups to hundreds of customers across Columbus. She also offers "Charcuterie 101" classes! Lauren is grateful for the opportunity to give back to a city and community that has given so much to her.
