There was a lot of excitement surrounding Tuesday's game vs the Rays since the Red Sox had one of their main starting pitchers Garrett Whitlock making his season debut on the bump. Whitlock struggled versus the Rays bats while the Red Sox lineup didn't help him out either which led to Boston falling in the second game of a four-game series in Tampa Bay.

Jake Ignaszewski and NESN's Lauren Campbell break down Whitlock's outing and try to look at the positives in the Red Sox loss to the Rays. Jake and Lauren then look at the offensive struggles and put out multiple players that need to step up with Adam Duvall sidelined.

One positive from Tuesday was Brayan Bello had a successful rehab start in Worcester. Jake and Lauren discuss the bright spots of Bello's outing and talk about the importance of his ability to go deep into the game.

Lastly, Jake and Lauren preview the third game of the series versus the Rays.
