Tom Pasquarello, our guest this week, led the DEA operation that resulted in the extradition and arrest of Russian national, and highly active weapons dealer Victor Bout. The word in Washington is that he is going to be traded in a prisoner exchange for Brittney Griner and Ex-Marine Paul Whelan. In light of the recent push for stricter gun laws, it seems a bit backwards to free a man who could flood the global weapons markets once again.
