Sometimes we perform to gain approval of others. Move far from being one that look for approval. Anxiety can be built on the way you think people think of you.

Breathing is an automatic action required for life that none of us really give much thought to. Breathing provides oxygen to cells and allows the body to release waste and carbon dioxide. But improper breathing can negatively affect the exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide in the body

Sometimes we pile too much to our list causing us to overload. Erase a few of those things you can put off for tomorrow.

Take the time today to schedule a workout session... give yourself 15-30 minutes. Start today and give your mental health the break it needs. Begin to heal and intentionally exercise your way to a better you.
