Men Pushing 60 is a podcast for Gen X men navigating life as they approach, reach, and push past the age of 60. From growing up as mostly feral, analog, unsupervised kids in the 70s and 80s to figuring out what life looks like today, we talk honestly about aging, lifestyle, health, work, and what comes next. Born from post golf beers and group therapy style conversations among friends aging (somewhat) gracefully. At its heart, Men Pushing 60 is about perspective. It’s about recognizing that getting older brings both challenges and opportunities. It’s about acknowledging and mostly laughing about the past, while still looking forward to what’s ahead. And it’s about having honest conversations about life at this stage without pretending we have everything figured out.

Most of all, it’s about community. Because no one really goes through this stage of life alone. Whether you’re approaching 60, already there, or well on your way past it, chances are you’ve had many of the same thoughts and questions we talk about here.
