Mental Health In Children and Youths

Hey guys... today's tips are on MENTAL HEALTH... I'm sure some of you already know about it but I'm just giving some few tips. I've once heard of an 8yr old commit suicide and i was like...wait wat...this not only happens to adults, youths but also in children. Sit down with your kids and get to know them well. Be present. Don't let work take over, those are your kids... you decided to have them for a reason.
