Meditation should not have ads in the middle of it!

When listening to any guided mediation podcast I expect ads at the beginning and even the end of the pod cast. However an ad that jolts you out of the middle of the meditation is absolutely ludicrous! Even more so when I am trying to sneak some type of relief from a migraine. 0/10 would not recommend.
