In this episode, I celebrate 3 years of the Into the Abyss Morbid Morsals Podcast. So, for that, this is a Double Creature Feature—two terrifying tales for the price of one.

The first story is called Something in the Shadows.

The Pacific Northwest had a way of swallowing sound. The deeper one went, the more the world seemed to hold its breath. And in that silence...things listened back.

This is a story of a couple who went camping in the northernmost forests in California. A place where the trees grew impossibly tall...and something else grew hungry.

The second creepy tale is called The Harbinger of Dunlow Ridge.

Some towns die slowly-factories closing, people drifting away, lights fading one by one. But other towns... they die all at once.

Dunlow Ridge was one of those places. A quiet town tucked between hills and highways, the kind of place where nothing happened-until everything did. And it all began with a shadow. A shape with wings. A warning no one understood until it was too late.

Then I do some talking. I've also added a few extra bonus music tracks at the end by D.J. Trilliam, and We R Legion.
