Mothering Sunday Worship & Talk March 15th 2026

Our full Mothering Sunday worship service & talk from 15th March 2026. Talk: The Motherhood of God - Julie Passmore God is beyond gender. Although we might be familiar with thinking of God as ‘Father’ (and Jesus was a human male), the Genesis verse above affirms that all humans, male and female, are made in the image of God. On this Mother’s Day, Julie encouraged us to enrich our understanding of God by considering the female imagery that Scripture often employs.
