Mr. Rubio is Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for the University of Texas Southwestern Health System and is responsible for overseeing the multi-entity UT Southwestern clinical enterprise. Currently, he also serves as the Interim Chief Executive Officer of the UT Southwestern University Hospital.
