Miracles are temporary, crisis-oriented interventions that address immediate needs, while blessings represent God's original plan for humanity - a place of stability and abundance. God's desire is not for His children to live from crisis to crisis, constantly needing miracles, but to mature spiritually and move into the blessing where they can steward His provision. This transition requires spiritual maturity and mind renewal through God's Word, spending time in relationship with the Holy Spirit to receive revelation knowledge.
