I am joined this week by Anna Burgan - the founder of Make Space ltd and mum to 2 boys - who is training companies on how to support parents in the workplace!

Listen in as we discuss why 1/3 women leave their jobs after having a baby and what companies can do to create an environment that supports working mums. Plus our own experiences of returning to work after maternity leave (including crying in the toilets at work) and why being a working dad is different (and maybe harder?) than a working mum.
