4 star because i thought it was ghost stories only. this podcast has a little of everything; paranormal activity, mystery, crime, etc. Terry Carnation is a wholesome host and wishing to meet him one day! i love the sound effects they use to boost the eeriness of the stories/experiences their audience submits. i tried listening to other channels but find myself coming back to listen to Radio Rental over and over again! i'm hooked!!
