We got news that Coach Kubiak hired Mike McCoy for the Assistant Head Coach position. Greg gives his thoughts, and we hear more thoughts from JT and Levi. Just after Greg finished recording this show, there was breaking news via Raiders insiders that Rob Leonard is expected to be hired as defensive coordinator.
