Meanwhile, Piper works up the courage to ask out Leo, and Andy gets frustrated at Prue's continued involvement in bizarre police investigations.

S1 E10 "Wicca Envy"

Prue's boss - and secret warlock - Rex makes his move on the Charmed Ones. Using astral projection, he tricks Prue into stealing a tiara from the vault at the auction house, and blackmails the sisters into relinquishing their powers...
