S2 Ep30 - The Death & Rebirth Process for Future Leaders

Recently, after more than 6 months of procrastination, I was finally ready to go the death process and start stepping into my new identity. A part of me knew that this is all a part of the journey, but there's was also a part of me that was afraid… afraid of the unknown and the discomfort of stepping into something new. I thought I'd share my experience and hopefully this will provide the encouragement for some of you who are also hesitating.
