S.A.B.R.E.E. is more than a mentoring platform—it is a powerful movement dedicated to helping individuals authentically hold space for themselves by Seizing Abundance Because of Resilience, Empowerment, and Edification. Rooted in the belief that healing and growth begin with self-affirmation, our mission is to uplift historically disadvantaged youth, as well as survivors of domestic violence who wish to positively change the trajectories of their lives, by guiding them toward lasting change and self-discovery.

In honor of my beloved son, Sabree Marquis Daniel, and his beautiful stepmother, Mrs. Renay Daniel, I have recently published my first inspirational memoir, with proceeds directly supporting S.A.B.R.E.E. Enrichment Academy, Incorporated, my 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Through mentorship, advocacy, and community-driven initiatives, we are committed to creating system-wide change by fostering a nonviolent, democratic, and productive environment—a sanctuary where trauma is met with healing, where challenges are met with empowerment, and where every individual is given the tools to reclaim their future.

  • Congenital Anomalies as Foundational Insights into Early Human Development
    Mar 23 2026

In this powerful and thought-provoking episode, I explore Congenital Anomalies as Foundational Insights into Early Human Development, challenging conventional understandings of disease and child health. Rather than viewing congenital anomalies as isolated conditions, I reframe them as critical biological signals: early indicators that reveal how genetic, epigenetic, maternal, and environmental factors intersect at the very beginning of life. Bridging science, equity, and lived experience, I guide listeners through the profound implications of studying these early disruptions, illuminating how they shape developmental trajectories, long-term health outcomes, and disparities across communities. Rooted in my signature “from the womb to the classroom” framework, this episode invites clinicians, researchers, advocates, and families alike to rethink prevention, deepen understanding, and recognize that the earliest moments of life hold the blueprint for everything that follows.

  • Early Risk Biomarkers and Fetal Development
    Mar 18 2026

In this insightful episode of S.A.B.R.E.E. A Podcast with Dr. Sonji Fatima Harold, I explore the critical role of Early Risk Biomarkers and Fetal Development, illuminating how the earliest biological signals in utero can shape lifelong health outcomes. Drawing from my leadership at S.A.B.R.E.E. Enrichment Academy and my work with the Global Newborn Society, I explain how genetics, epigenetics, maternal health, environmental exposures, and placental function interact during fetal development to influence risk long before symptoms appear. Blending scientific insight with lived experience, I challenge listeners to rethink how and when we identify vulnerability, emphasizing that early biomarkers are not about prediction alone, but about protection, prevention, and the opportunity to intervene sooner. This episode calls for a more equitable, life-course approach to medicine: one that begins where life begins and ensures that every child has the chance to grow, develop, and thrive.

  • ‘From the Womb to the Lifespan’ Mapping the Genetic Architecture of Human Health
    Mar 18 2026

In this powerful episode of S.A.B.R.E.E. A Podcast with Dr. Sonji Fatima Harold, I explore From the Womb to the Lifespan Mapping the Genetic Architecture of Human Health, unpacking how the earliest biological signals, beginning in fetal development, shape the trajectory of health across a lifetime. Drawing from my leadership at S.A.B.R.E.E. Enrichment Academy and my role with the Global Newborn Society, I bridge cutting-edge genomic science with real-world impact, explaining how genetics, epigenetics, maternal health, and environmental exposures interact to influence outcomes from infancy through adulthood. With both professional insight and deeply personal perspective, I challenge listeners to rethink when health truly begins, and why understanding early risk biomarkers is essential not only for preventing disease, but for advancing equity, protecting vulnerable children, and building a future where every life has the opportunity to thrive from the very beginning.
