Why a podcast? Everyone and their mama have a podcast these days... Well, I feel this podcast and my voice has a purpose that is greater than me ...The fact is, GOD, laid in my heart a long time ago to start some form of communication with the world. I was confused at first because I didn't know why He wanted to use me. As I prayed and received confirmation, I realized that He was very serious and intentional about me and the gifts that He has given me. He wants to use my life experiences to help other people that might be in the same situation as me. At first, I ignored the calling. I wasn't at a place where I wanted to change. If I am honest... I wanted the change badly but didn't want to work for it. But I was encouraged to shift my mindset as I realized this isn’t just about me. This is about all of us. Speaking Arrangements podcast is a safe place where each listener can tune in, kick back and relate to the content. We will touch on many topics and talk through challenges, stereotypes and our pain. But we are gonna laugh too. A lot!We may get uncomfortable and we will get very real, but I promise you; we are striving for real growth and change. We cannot stay in our comfort zones any longer the only way to go from here is UP!!!.Here is a taste of what I am bringing to the table. Speaking Arrangements is *LIVE* on selected platforms so have a listen.© 2023 Speaking Arrangements Personal Development Personal Success

  • 5 Things I Wish I Knew at 30!
    Mar 18 2026

30 will humble you in ways nobody warns you about.

It will make you question everything — who you are, what you believe, who deserves a seat at your table and whether you even deserve one yourself.

If I could go back and sit with my younger self, I would tell her five things. About poverty. About identity. About faith. About loving yourself when nobody taught you how. About finding direction when everything feels uncertain.

This episode is that conversation. 🖤

For everyone who feels behind, broken, or just trying to figure it out, you are exactly where you need to be. And this episode was made for you.

  • "Speak It Wrong, Live It Wrong — Period."
    Mar 13 2026

Can I be honest with you for a second?

I spent years not even realizing the damage I was doing to myself — not with my actions, but with my words. The things I was saying to myself on the inside were loud, heavy and keeping me stuck in places God never intended for me to stay.

This episode? We're going there. 🤍

Because the way you talk to yourself is shaping your world, your heart and every relationship you're in — whether you notice it or not. And I believe with everything in me that when we get intentional about what we're speaking over our lives, things start to shift.

Not all at once. Not overnight. But one day at a time. One word at a time.

This is your reminder that change is possible — and it starts with what's coming out of your mouth and your mind. 💬

We're not staying stuck. Not today. Not anymore. We are going UP from here. ⬆️

🎧 Go hit play — this one is for you.

  • “Sisters, Not Saints: Love, Growth, and the Women We’re Becoming”
    Mar 8 2026

International Women’s Day isn’t just a celebration post for me. It’s a mirror.

For the first time, I’m bringing my younger sister on the podcast — the one I talk about all the time. She’s young, but she’s sharp, wise, beautiful, and quietly powerful. She’s a light… just not the performative kind. The real kind.

And let’s be honest: our relationship isn’t perfect. We’ve had tension, growth, misunderstandings, and moments we had to mature through. But the love is deep — and you’re going to feel that in this conversation.

This episode isn’t “women are amazing” in a cute way.
    It’s a challenge.

Because a lot of us are walking around calling it strength when it’s actually survival. Calling it love when it’s actually over-giving and calling it confidence when it’s actually a mask.

So here’s the question as you listen:
What version of you needs to end… so the real you can finally live?
