Appearance: Clear First Impression: Delicate, fruity - kind of like a resiling but less sweet with scents of tropical fruit.
Taste: The rice, water, and koji make for a very complex sake. Kind of tastes like stone fruit, maybe dates. Very bright finish!
Bottle: Nothing fancy, simple wine bottle with a blue paper cork cover.
