The Autistic Applicant's Two Biggest Barriers

A slightly different episode today!

Sheepdog asked the question "What is the biggest barrier preventing you from applying for work?" on the ACH.

There were a lot of replies and out of all of them, 2 major themes presented themselves very clearly.

In this episode we look at what the barriers are, why they cause issues and potential ideas for overcoming them.

I also give my thoughts on whether or not it is a good idea to disclose the fact you are autistic up front, when applying for work.
