Can you figure out what Blur are saying in the first bit of Parklife? No? Great glad it’s not just us, but do let us know if you crack it because we still can’t!

Welcome back to the Chris Moyles Show on Radio X Podcast!

It’s been an absolutely jam-packed week of chaos, questionable chat, and top-tier guests—so strap yourself in, you legends.

First up, our very own Ed Gamble gate-crashed the show to talk about his brand new tour Fresh Hell, kicking off in 2027. Yes, 2027. It’s a tour SO big that odds are he’ll be performing somewhere near you at some point before the end of time.

Next, a man who’s played a doctor for so long we’re starting to think he is one - Noah Wyle joined us to chat about medical drama The Pitt. Not technically qualified, but we’d probably still trust him in an emergency!

Then Phil Dunster came in to chat about brand new American comedy series Rooster and even played a game of Reverse Words with us (which he’s actually a mega fan of!) and developed a slightly worrying attachment to a bell he found in the studio.

After announcing The Wonder Stuff’s 40th Anniversary tour, frontman Miles Hunt joined us in the studio, and it turns out “busy” doesn’t even begin to cover it. He’s currently on a solo acoustic tour, and if that wasn’t enough, he’ll be back out later this year with both Vent414 and The Wonder Stuff!

See, we told you it was a fun filled week, and we have even more for you!

    • Captain’s secret
    • Chris + Aaron’s footy bets
    • Dom’s music review

    Enjoy!

  • Natalie Cassidy, Humphrey Ker and a Surprise Guest #538
    Mar 20 2026

Would you let Bob Mortimer give you a tattoo?

Welcome back to the Chris Moyles Show on Radio X Podcast!

You are in for an absolutely fantastic episode (see what we did there?!) No Captain this week but fear not, the rest of the team are in peak silly form bringing you all the usual Chris Moyles show madness!

This week’s fun consisted of a live review of the McGriddle, McDonald’s brand new breakfast item! A heated discussion about skipping through TV shows… turns out this is the kind of debate that tears friendships apart! Puppet chat seemed to feature quite heavily this week, especially our favourite “Sooty and Squeak”... sorry Polly! And it’s a huge moment for our Executive producer Aaron-Alan as he fires his first Content Klaxon, bringing us a surprise mystery guest who knows a thing or two about Guinness!

Would you believe that we still had time for some guest appearances on top of all that too!!

Natalie Cassidy popped in to talk about the best and worst money advice she has ever received, but naturally Chris and Dom got a little overexcited and things spiralled into a trip down memory lane about Natalie’s time on EastEnders. From that famous live episode, to filming days in The Queen Vic.

And to wrap up the week, fuelled with excitement and adrenaline of SNL UK debut looming, actor, comedian and Wrexham F.C. Executive Director Humphrey Ker, popped in to chat all about his involvement in the show. As well as his experience working with Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber on his Christmas play Sherlock Holmes and The 12 Days of Christmas!

Wow what a week we’ve had! Would you like some more? Thought so!

    1. Questionable football team names
    2. Dom’s summer weather prediction
    3. Your Whatsapp Messages

    Enjoy!

  • Louis Theroux, Professor Brian Cox and Two Surprise Guests #537
    Mar 13 2026

Chris and the team are back after a week away - which means normal chaos has officially resumed… with a BANG!

This week’s show had everything from Chris braving a driverless car, Dom announcing that his favourite word is quench (even though we’ve literally never ever heard him say that until now), and Captain getting a haircut in a very unusual location… a bus! Plus, some Chris Moyles show classics: Reverse Words, Stupid Amnesty and a fresh batch of your brilliantly ridiculous WhatsApp Messages!

Our first visit was Louis Theroux, making his Netflix debut with his brand new documentary! Inspired by what his teenage sons have been watching online, Louis dives into the mysterious and controversial world of the “manosphere”.

We were also joined by Professor Brian Cox, who returned to chat about space, science, his role working with the United Nations, and his upcoming Emergence world tour. Plus he admits that he thinks knowing absolutely everything about the universe might actually ruin the fun.

And it doesn’t stop there, somehow amongst all that there’s still more…

    1. One finger boom!
    2. Polly has a Guess Who!
    3. Aaron-Alan’s car noises

P.S. We had a gap for guests on Wednesday’s show, so Chris said “if you’re famous and have something to plug”, then make yourself known! We had two excellent takers of said offer, and those who hate spoilers, don’t read the next part…

Surprise guest number one… was the legendary Barry Scott from the Cillit Bang commercials! You know, BANG! And the dirt is gone!

And, surprise guest number two… Jamie Oliver popped in to surprise the team and even taught Chris and Dom a bit of Italian! Jamie’s Italian 2.0 is now open around the corner from the studio, so naturally he popped in to tell us all about it – and left everyone extremely hungry!

    Enjoy!
