For many years, both loved ones and medical professionals wrote my compulsive skin picking off as nothing more than a habit.

Turns out, supposedly 2% of the population have dermatillomania and that's just those who have been diagnosed! After 15 years living with my dermatillomania, I'm on a mission to help others understand, accept and embrace their own BFRB.
