    Today on Black Dragon Biker TVSegment 1: Pagans Member Admits Role in Assault of Rival Gang Members at West Norriton WawaOn March 23, 2026, Jason William Lawless, 46, a patched member of the Pagans Outlaw Motorcycle Gang from Bridgeport, PA, pleaded guilty in Montgomery County Court to simple assault and conspiracy to commit simple assault.

    This stems from the October 17, 2025, incident in the parking lot of the Wawa at 2544 West Main Street in West Norriton Township. Lawless and eight other Pagans allegedly rolled up on two members of the rival Unknown Bikers Outlaw Motorcycle Gang, surrounded them, and tried to rip off their colors. The confrontation turned into a shootout — six people were shot, including two innocent bystanders (one took a round to the face while putting air in his tires). Fourteen shell casings were recovered.

    Lawless is the first of the nine charged Pagans to take a plea. The rest are still facing serious felony charges including aggravated assault, riot, and recklessly endangering other persons. Classic colors dispute that went south fast and dragged civilians into it.

    Segment 2: SVR's Shadow Looms Over Founder of Night Wolves Biker Gang's Trip to ChinaFresh intelligence report dropped today: Alexander Zaldostanov (aka “The Surgeon” / Khirurg), longtime president and founder of Russia’s Night Wolves Motorcycle Club, visited Fudan University in Shanghai in late February 2026. He spoke to Chinese students.

    What makes it interesting — he wasn’t traveling light. He was accompanied by two individuals with known ties to Russia’s SVR (Foreign Intelligence Service).

    The Night Wolves have long been viewed as a Kremlin soft-power/propaganda arm — they helped in Crimea in 2014, do the big “Roads of Victory” runs, and Zaldostanov has been tight with Putin for years. This China trip looks like another layer: using the club for influence work and plausible-deniability outreach while Russia and China keep tightening their strategic partnership.When outlaw-style clubs start moving with intelligence officers on foreign soil, it’s no longer just about bikes and brotherhood.

    Segment 3: Ohio Queer Motorcycle Club Responds to Anti-LGBTQ+ Laws by Teaching How to Fire GunsIn Ohio, the Cleveland chapter of Queers on Gears (an LGBTQ+ motorcycle club) has been quietly running firearm training days. They hold classes in a barn on a family farm in Elyria, with transgender instructors teaching safe gun handling to queer students.

    The club says the rise in anti-LGBTQ+ legislation and rhetoric in Ohio pushed them to create a safe space for community self-defense training. They frame it as a natural fit with motorcycle culture’s overlap with firearms. Williams, Tia Redbone Bunch, Woo 1%er, and Black Dragon break down three heavy questions that every patched member has thought about at some point.1. Does the Prez follow his conscience or does he follow the club vote?When the Prez goes his own way instead of following the intention of the brothers via their vote, is that disloyalty?This is the core tension in any structured MC.Club votes are sacred—especially on big moves: new chapters, war declarations, patch changes, major alliances, or expelling a brother.The Prez is not a dictator; he’s the leader of the table, but the table speaks through votes.If the Prez consistently overrides or ignores clear votes because of his personal feelings, that’s widely seen as disloyalty to the club and to the brothers who trusted him.On the flip side: if the vote is non-binding (advisory only), or if the issue falls under the Prez’s traditional executive authority (e.g., day-to-day security decisions, handling immediate threats), then he can act unilaterally without it being betrayal.The real test: Was the vote binding? If it was, and he deliberately goes against it, most old-school brothers will call that a violation of trust—potentially grounds for a no-confidence vote or even removal.Woo 1%er has been very clear on this in past talks: the Prez is there to execute the will of the club, not override it for ego or personal gain. When the Prez starts thinking he’s above the table, the table starts thinking it’s time for a new Prez.2. What is a “property of” from the perspective of Outlaw Woo 1%er?According to Woo 1%er (who has spoken directly on this in interviews and live streams), a “property of” patch or status means exactly what it says:The woman is property of the club — not just one member.She belongs to the club as a whole and can be shared sexually with any patched member who wants her (with her consent being irrelevant in the strict 1%er interpretation).She has no say in who she sleeps with if a brother wants her—refusal can lead to being removed from the club’s circle or worse.The patch (e.g., “Property of [Club Name]” or “Property of [Member’s Road Name]”) is a visible claim of ownership, similar to how a club claims territory.Woo has emphasized this is not romantic or consensual in the civilian sense—it’s a cultural rule rooted in old-school outlaw mentality: loyalty, possession, and no individual rights overriding club rights.This view is controversial even inside the 1%er world—some clubs have softened or abandoned it—but Woo has consistently described it as the traditional, unapologetic interpretation.3. When a club brother dies, how do you deal with a hateful family who won’t allow the club to be included?This is one of the most painful and common conflicts in the set.Common real-world approaches (drawn from multiple club veterans and documented cases):Respect the family’s wishes publicly — If the immediate family (wife, kids, parents) refuses club involvement at the funeral, most clubs will not force entry or cause a scene. They don’t want to turn a brother’s death into a media circus or legal issue.Private memorial / club-only send-off — Hold a separate ride, graveside gathering, or clubhouse memorial after the family service. Many clubs do a private “last call” or burn a vest in the clubhouse.Patch on the casket / cut displayed elsewhere — If the family allows, the club may place the vest on the casket for viewing (often done discreetly). If not, the vest is carried on the ride or displayed at the club.Legal leverage (rare) — In extreme cases where the brother left written wishes (will, letter, video) saying he wanted club involvement, some families have been pressured legally—but this almost always backfires and creates bad blood.Long-term handling — If the family is openly hostile, the club usually cuts all contact after the memorial ride.     Arkansas Alcoholic Beverage Control Postponed Hearing Related to Alleged Bandidos Biker Bar Hangout
    The Arkansas ABC postponed a scheduled March 10, 2026 hearing for Burks Brothers Brewing in Bryant, Arkansas — a bar heavily associated with Bandidos MC members. The postponement came after a June 2025 stabbing/fight at the location involving Bandidos affiliates. ABC issued violations for allowing disorderly conduct, violence, and potential gang activity on premises. Bar owners are fighting to keep the liquor license; a whistleblower lawsuit by a former Bryant PD detective alleges police corruption and interference tied to the bar. No new hearing date yet — owners started a GoFundMe for legal defense.
