On today's episode, I am sharing my amazing conversation with a lady who I not only grew up showing horses with, but also has built an incredible career as an equestrian team coach. Tabatha Taylor is the head coach of the Texas Tech Equestrian Team and a longtime friend who has so many great insights into the challenges facing collegiate equestrian teams today and how we can help to ensure their future in the industry.

The important impact being on a team can have on a student athlete's education and life from diversity, networking, and so much more. How it is important for them to stay connected with their community in the equine industry. Also, for the students who are looking to ride on a team in college or maybe you're a parent of a student she shares such amazing advice on what she looks for as a coach, how to choose the best team and school that is best suited for you, getting noticed by teams, and so more!
