  • Justice for Sandra Birchmore: Farwell's Dismissal Denied — October Trial Confirmed
    Mar 10 2026

The motion to dismiss has been denied. Former Stoughton police detective Matthew Farwell will stand trial in federal court in October 2026 for the alleged killing of Sandra Birchmore and her unborn child. Chief Judge Denise J. Casper ruled the two-count federal indictment legally sound — and the fight for justice that Sandra's family and supporters have waged for years just cleared one of its biggest legal hurdles.

This channel exists because of Sandra. Her story — from the girl who walked into a police youth program at 12 trusting the people in uniform, to the 23-year-old woman whose death was dismissed without charges — deserves to be told completely, accurately, and without flinching.

Here's where the case stands. Farwell is charged with killing Birchmore and causing the death of her unborn child, with prosecutors alleging he strangled her and staged the scene after learning through internal department channels that her friend had reported the relationship to police. Surveillance footage places him at her apartment the night she was last seen alive. He has pleaded not guilty.

Federal prosecutors allege the exploitation began in 2013 when Sandra was 15, through the Stoughton Police Explorer Program. It allegedly continued for nearly a decade. Farwell is not the only one who has faced consequences — former Deputy Chief Robert Devine was decertified by a state oversight board, and Farwell's twin brother William has lost his law enforcement certification in Massachusetts.

The defense tried to end this before it reached a jury. The judge said no.

October 5, 2026. Federal court. Boston.

Justice for Sandra Birchmore is closer than it has ever been.

  • ‘She Lied About Everything’: The Sandra Birchmore Story Police Want Buried
    Nov 11 2025
    “She lied about everything.”
That’s what former Massachusetts Deputy Police Chief Robert Devine told the state’s oversight commission when he was asked about Sandra Birchmore — a 23-year-old woman found dead in her Canton, Massachusetts apartment in 2021.

But behind that phrase lies one of the most disturbing stories of police corruption, grooming, and betrayal in modern American law enforcement.

Sandra Birchmore joined the Stoughton Police Explorers program as a teenager — a mentorship group designed to inspire young people interested in policing. Instead, it became her trap. Federal prosecutors say she was groomed and manipulated by Stoughton officers for years, including Detective Matthew Farwell, who now stands accused of murdering her.

In August 2024, Farwell was indicted for strangling Birchmore and staging her death to look like suicide — allegedly to stop her from exposing his misconduct. At the time, Sandra was pregnant and believed Farwell was the father. Later, DNA testing proved otherwise, but it didn’t erase the years of manipulation and control that led up to her death.

As the federal case builds, another disturbing layer has surfaced: senior officers — including Robert Devine, who once oversaw the Explorer program — have been accused of misconduct and cover-ups. Instead of accountability, Devine offered deflection, telling investigators that Birchmore “lied about everything.”

In this episode, Tony Brueski tears into that defense — and the system that enables it. What does it mean when those sworn to protect instead prey on the vulnerable? What happens when “credibility” becomes a weapon, and victims of grooming are discredited by the very people who created their trauma?

This isn’t just about one department or one victim. Across the country, similar police Explorer programs have been exposed for systemic abuse — from Kentucky to Texas, from Florida to Utah. The same pattern repeats: powerful men, teenage recruits, secret communication, and departments more interested in damage control than justice.

Sandra’s story is a warning — and an indictment of every institution that confuses authority with immunity. She didn’t “lie about everything.” She told the truth about the wrong people.

🎙 Watch Tony Brueski expose the dark psychology and systemic rot behind the Sandra Birchmore case — and why this time, the cover-up won’t hold.

  • Justice for Sandra Birchmore: The Police Cover-Up Finally Cracks
    Oct 21 2025
It took five years, an FBI investigation, and a family’s relentless fight to finally bring Sandra Birchmore’s case to court.
Now, former Stoughton police officer Matthew Farwell faces trial in October 2026 — charged with killing the young woman he groomed since she was twelve.

In this blistering Hidden Killers exposé, Tony Brueski walks through the institutional rot that let predators in uniform operate unchecked. From the grooming that began in the Police Explorers program to the staged “suicide” scene that local authorities rubber-stamped, this is a story of corruption, complicity, and survival.

Federal prosecutors say Farwell strangled Sandra when she became pregnant and planned to expose him. Local police called it suicide. It took the FBI to call it what it was — murder.

Tony dissects the timeline, the cover-up, and the moral collapse of a system that protects its own before it protects victims. This case isn’t just one department’s disgrace — it’s a national warning.
