The Paradox Part One

Jen Calle creates a time machine in present day California, and is frustrated that her Grandfather Mitch, a Vietnam Vet, refuses to watch her test it.

Jen argues with fellow scientist Quan about the dangers of time travel to the past, and goes into the future two weeks, where she notices some troubling changes.

She returns to the present day with news of a certain car crash involving an Asian woman.

Grandfather Mitch is alone, and pulls out his pistol.
