Obstacles aren’t always stop signs—sometimes they’re directions. In this episode, I share examples of how challenges can help you face fear, reroute, and move forward with clarity.

People will put barriers in our way. It is not our job to stop them, prevent them, or take them personally - those barriers are about them and they would do it to anyone. Our work is in the way we respond. In this episode I offer resources and ideas to continue to see the obstacles we face can be ignored, or point us to our next challenge.
