In Philippians 2, Paul points to faithful examples—men who were genuine in their care, focused on the mission, and committed to Christ above themselves. Spiritual leadership is not about status. It is about service. It is about placing the interests of Jesus Christ above our own.

Healthy leaders help the church grow. And as we follow Christ together, we mature in unity, humility, and obedience.
