John Worland, a retired police inspector, examines significant Essex Witch trials as cold cases, analysing the evidence and creating a much fuller picture of the people involved. John has been researching and giving talks on his findings at various pagan and historian events since his retirement.

He gave such a captivating talk at our ReWilding the Witch Camp last year in the woods at St. Osyth, we've asked him back this year...

When Dawn Meadows consulted a rowan tree in Glastonbury some years ago, it talked right back to her. What it had to say led to the creation of her pagan and magical fayres to build community by returning to the roots of the nature-based ways of witchcraft.

She has not looked back, and since 2019, Dawn has grown her family-run business, Earth Spirit Events, across Essex, Suffolk, and Norfolk in the UK. With fierce determination and true warrior spirit, Dawn is proving that success always comes to those who hold fast to their intentions and work their magic primarily to share with others.

By going back to the roots of her own craft, she is paving the way for others to discover and enjoy the ways of the witch by making witchcraft and paganism accessible to all. This year, she is branching out with more events, some two and three-day's long, with opportunities for traders and performers alike to share their magic with the community she has worked so hard to build.
