Today we’re talking about a trap everyone falls into: the Appeal to Authority fallacy—when we assume something is true just because an “expert” (or someone influential) says it is… without actually looking at the evidence or whether they’re even qualified to speak on it.

From “Trust the science” to “Don’t trust the experts,” both sides do it.

And if we’re not careful, we can end up outsourcing our thinking instead of practicing discernment.
