There is some conflicting advice out there in the self development world. What are we meant to do when we are told:
'rest is paramount and is not lazy' and also 'rest is procrastination'
or what about
'trust your intuition' and also 'if you feel afraid, push through your fear'
and
'you can't expect someone else to meet your needs' and also 'it's so important to ask for your needs to be met in your relationships'
In this episode I give you my take on these three paradoxes.
I'd love to know what you think; have a listen and let me know in Self Belief House.
