They'll blame everybody but themselves. The clean continuing resolution bill that the Republicans put forth is the same bill that's been inlace for the last seven years. The same bill Dems voted on before. The difference is that now they want to give free stuff to illegals, costing American citizens billions of dollars in tax spending.
