This time I found the Panini deliciousness I am after, not once but twice maybe three times. I went to Tastiko Restaurant in Trento and it was unbelievable, I also drove to Bolzano in Piazza delle Erbe to try Sonia Ebner's perfect Hot Dog, to final finishing the Trentino Region in Riva del Garda at this beautiful Restaurant called Panem. I am glad to say that Trentino Alto Adige didn't disappoint. The search continues. Friuli Next
