  • Ep 65: Pre-Bliss Adventures: Trapeze, the Meet ‘n Greet, and Organic Connections
    Mar 25 2026

Zack and Josie kick off a new chapter of Two Plus Two with a subtle shift in format before welcoming back fan-favorite guest co-hosts Drew and Suzie (formerly known as Luke and Rickie from Episode 41).

Together, they dive into their pre–Bliss Cruise adventures in Fort Lauderdale—starting with their first visit to Trapeze and the high-energy hotel meet ‘n greet. From the moment they walk in, they break down what makes Trapeze unique: the electric dance floor, the layout, the vibe, and how the space creates opportunities for both connection and exploration.

They discuss expectations vs. hopes, what it’s like to go into a shared experience together but come away with completely different perspectives, and why the best moments are often the ones that aren’t planned.

Zack and Josie also share highlights from a couple of memorable connections, offering just enough detail to help listeners decide if Trapeze—or a pre-cruise meet-up—is right for them.

They wrap with thoughts on connecting before events, Telegram group dynamics, and why they would absolutely attend the meet ‘n greet again.

  • Ep 64: Lifestyle Friend Groups: Inclusive or Exclusive
    Mar 11 2026

In this episode, the Two Plus Two crew dives into a topic that can quietly shape the lifestyle experience: close friend groups and the perception of cliques.

They start by unpacking what a “clique” really is. Is it intentional exclusivity? Or is it simply comfort, chemistry, and shared history that naturally draw certain people together? The conversation explores whether people inside these tight-knit circles even realize how they’re perceived—and how it feels to be on the outside looking in.

The crew reflects candidly on their own experience traveling together to Lake Havasu last year, admitting that while they never intended to be seen as a clique, they may have given that impression. They dig into the nuances of introducing close friends to other friends, navigating attraction that isn’t universal, and managing group dynamics when not everyone clicks. They emphasize that you don’t have to play together to build meaningful friendships—and that connection in the lifestyle is highly specific and deeply personal.

Brad and Brittany also open up about being the “hub” of multiple friendships and what that role can bring: balancing attention, fearing they might interfere with others’ potential connections, and trying to create space for everyone to feel included. The group discusses how personality differences show up in social settings—especially for those who are less dominant in group situations—and how comparison can quietly creep in, even among people who genuinely support one another.

They explore how perception fuels comparison, how easy it is to measure your real life against someone else’s highlight reel, and how that mindset can distort reality. Throughout the conversation, they return to a grounding theme: control what you can, accept what you can’t, and focus on building authentic connections instead of competing narratives.

By the end, the question remains: are cliques truly forming in the lifestyle, or are they sometimes just reflections of our own perspective? The Two Plus Two crew invites you to examine your assumptions, embrace openness, and remember that comfort and community don’t have to come at the expense of inclusion.

  • Ep 63: Successful Play Sessions: Expectations, Communication, and Connection
    Mar 4 2026

In this episode, Zack, Josie, Brad, and Brittany dive into what a “successful” play experience really means — and why that definition looks different for each of them. They unpack what matters most in play sessions, the changes they’re intentionally making to increase their enjoyment of the lifestyle, and whether build-up enhances the experience or creates unrealistic expectations — or if there’s a sweet spot somewhere in between.

The crew explores the idea that fantasy will almost always outshine reality, and why sex with other people rarely compares to the connection you have with your partner. At the same time, they highlight the unique experiences the lifestyle offers that simply aren’t possible without other people involved.

They also introduce the “scale” they use to measure play experiences — with sex with their partner sitting at a 10, most lifestyle encounters landing in the mid-5s to 6s, and truly great sessions reaching a 7 or 8. More importantly, they break down the things within their control that can shift those numbers upward and lead to more fulfilling, enjoyable play.

It’s an honest, thoughtful conversation about expectations, communication, and finding satisfaction in the lifestyle beyond chasing a perfect fantasy.
