Under Pressure: Is there even more pressure in 'The Game'?

Does Michigan skirting most of the serious punishments available by the NCAA put even more pressure on Ohio State to win 'The Game' this year after recent attempts have come up short? I do my best to explain my reasoning in this edition of the Big Me Kickoff.
