  • The Recap Episode - Behind The Chaos and What’s Next .
    Mar 24 2026

This episode, we hit pause on the usual format and kick back with a full recap of everything that went down this past month. From our event at Heirloom (yeah… that one 👀) to all the chaos, laughs, and moments we probably shouldn’t admit on record — we break it all down.

We also welcome Dan back after being out sick, and let’s just say… he’s got some stories. We get into what had him down bad, how he’s doing now, and of course, give him a proper welcome back (no sympathy, just vibes).

We talk about what’s next for the show, including some new ideas and programs we’ve been cooking up that we think you’re gonna love. And before we get too serious, we spend a solid 10–15 minutes doing what we do best — joking around and saying things that might come back to haunt us later.

Most importantly, we show love to everyone who’s been rocking with us and supporting the podcast.

This is a quick reset episode — and next month, we’re back to regularly scheduled chaos.

    Stay unprepared.

In this episode, we sit down and break down what Transcendental Meditation (TM) actually is — no incense required (unless that’s your thing). We talk about how the technique works, the science behind it, and why millions of people swear by just 20 minutes, twice a day.

We dive into the real-life benefits: reduced stress, better focus, improved sleep, emotional control — and yes… we explore whether it might finally help Will manage his legendary road rage. Because inner peace hits different when someone cuts you off on Highway 101.

We also talk about Jo Ann Gesner, her role in bringing TM to the community, and how this practice is making an impact locally. From high-pressure careers to everyday parenting stress, we explore how TM can be a practical tool for real life — not just monks on mountaintops.

If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed, distracted, short-tempered, or just curious about meditation without the fluff, this episode is your introduction.
