So worried about my parents' opinion of me, I'll never forget the day my dad sat me down and said, "We love you speaking. Let's teach you how and when to speak so others want to listen. And by the way, you're not bossy; there's a leader in you that needs to be taught the power of authority."

That was the day I discovered my voice, and for that matter, my agency. See, had I not, I would have likely lived the rest of my life on autopilot. This transformation has led me to a career where I've spent the last two decades as a trainer, coach, and business strategist across multiple industries and boardrooms, and recently the author of the Snap Out of Your Comfort Coma and journal.
