Getting into a profession is the MOST important decision your child & you will ever make. But in today's times, kids resent their fathers pushing that decision on them; and with good reason. Fathers evaluate professions on the scale of how lucrative or "safe" they are in their own generation. And have a terrible aversion to risk. But this attitude will not set your child on the course of happiness and greatness. Teens, on the other hand, also don't make decisions based on information & aptitude. So often, their aspirations are limited to Model, Actor or influencer. How can we come together to choose the right profession?
