She completed her undergraduate degree at Brenau University and began her teaching career in 1996. Molly spent 10 years teaching third grade at Mount Vernon School in Atlanta before transitioning into school administration. Over 27 years at Mount Vernon, she served in a variety of leadership roles, concluding her tenure as Director of Community Events. In May 2025, Molly accepted the role of Administrative Director at Camp Greystone in Zirconia, North Carolina. She first fell in love with the camp when her daughters attended as campers, and it quickly became a place close to her heart.
