Guess what? Like any tougher times, what are we supposed to do with what we see being disastrous when in fact it is really a blessing coming our way?

One thing is sure, it is not in your hands or mine. We are powerless. It's announced from the top, and not many below that level know any better than you are. So the clock starts ticking. We're told to work as like business is usual. But in fact, we're terrorized and needs some  balance, a little more clarity and perspective for ourselves.
