Ghost Detectives

Two detectives are killed in a bust to stop the black market sale of infants. The detectives are dead but are not gone from this mortal coil. Now they must stop the black market sale of babies and find their way among the mortals and perhaps a way home - wherever that is.

George and Marion are veteran detectives, partners for 10 years. But when a bust goes bad, they're killed. George from a shotgun blast, Marion a knife to the back. Filled with shock, they watch as their bodies are bagged and taken away. Seemingly alone and with a thousand questions, they venture to a hilltop to look down on their funeral, exchanging impressions as they watch. But their conversation is overhead by a homeless man. How can that be? They soon learn from a fortune teller that they've left this mortal coil, but not the world they lived in. They're ghosts.

Veteran police officers Sally Edwards and her partner Layton Roland were crossing town at high speed responding to a report of a shooting when their cruiser was rammed from the side by an armed robber fleeing the scene of a crime. Roland was concussed but Edwards suffered a partially severed spinal cord in her neck.
