I loved the way she writes with such clarity, and scholarship. When I first began listening I did not know that she had a PHD. but after the first chapter, I could easily tell that this was not, ( I am Woman Hear Me Roar ). This is the next-generation of the two legged species, on the way back from the industrial revolution, to the wisdom of our ancestors. I am buying this paper book, and study it, alongside of my Tao of Sexology. I gave each of my children a copy of Cultivating Male & Female Sexology Through The Tao, when they turned 16. Because I want them to live abundantly. I am 66 now, I tripped over something I didn't see, fell and got a concussion. At the hospital the nurse ask me what medicine was I taking, and what health challenges did I suffer from, When I said, none, she looked shocked, and said, ( how did that happen?), I said, I have a 90% plant based diet, and I take exemplary of my vagina. I want to hear more from this brave, and learned young woman. Blessings to you darling Saida.

The first half of the book is philosophical and asks more questions than it answers, while the second half is technique. Good information overall. Enough so to find the written book or workbook.
