C. Lymari had a perfect blend of characters. Ren😍, oh Ren, he is a jerk and Ember is truly a bitch, but this is what works for them (besides exterior beauty/hotness) is the combustible nature that they exude. They are both hiding secrets and mix this in with their personalities and you get an explosive couple. Their storyline is somewhat relatable. Am I a spoiled, misunderstood, and selfish diamond princess? No, I am not, but it is the situational and emotional aspects of this book that make it relatable to people (the same goes for Mr. Ren Falcon).
Now if you are into the ‘sweet, make you feel good romances’, this may not be the book for you, but if you’ve been dying to step into the dark pool, Falcon’s Prey, may be right for you. Overall, I loved every aspect of this book. I wanted to be their personal cheerleader and of course, I thought I was their personal six, but that was only in my mind. Falcon’s Prey is worth every star!!

I fell in love with Ren and Ember when I read this book, but hearing it in audio made me love it more!!!
Ember might seem like a perfect diamond princess with the perfect rich girl life, but there is so much more to her. Ren is her new bodyguard, and this man is ALL alpha and hot!! Their story is dark, with action, and amazing spice. I love this book!!!
Cat brought Ember to life perfectly, with her sassiness and all the emotions. And Javi was PERFECT as Ren!!! You HAVE to listen to this book!!!

😱 i just had a bombshell moment with this book!! I am shocked right now but totally digging it! 😂
Omg y’all this book has my emotions all over the place! Ember is going through a ton of crap and she’s in so much pain that no one else knows about.
This is a story about a girl who’s lost and can’t find her way... she may be super rich but not all that glitters is gold... Ren and Ember are like fire and ice together and when they clash, things get a hell of a lot more interesting!

Falcon's Prey by C. Lymari is Ren and Ember’s story.
Ember is the princess of a diamond empire and is in constant need of supervision. Managing to ditch all of her previous bodyguards, she may have met her match with Ren until things turn and she becomes Falcon's Prey.
A riveting read (listen) that kept me on the edge of my seat from the very beginning. There were twists and turns that I did not see coming. Ember was a little too whiny for me. I was glad that "justice" was served by the end.
My first experience with both Javi Wilder and Cat Borraco and I enjoyed listening to both of them narrate and bring Ren and Ember's story to life. I look forward to listening to them both more in the future.
Falcon's Prey contains… dark, enemies to lovers, fake identity, bodyguard, romantic suspense, told in the dual first-person point of view.
