Two idiots, Leonhard "Rocky" Krauss and Byron "Twig" Schlaeger, escape from a mental institution, Cedar Hill Sanitarium, and go on a murderous rampage. First of all, Drew Blood is one of the best narrators there is. He reads a lot of Wade G. books. He brings the book alive with his different voices. But it doesn't work unless you have a great story to go with it. Beginning to end the story and the narrator keeps you wanting more.
