Kennedy is a convict, she was innocent but got over 30 years, she and some other inmates have been brought to the mountainside to help fight a forest fire. She hears some birds, goes to rescue them and gets trapped by the fire. The big mountain man comes thru the fires and sweeps her out of danger.

Declan lives on the mountain, he has enough money to keep him in comfort for the rest of his life. He expected to be alone until the end of his days, when he hears a scream for help he runs to assist. Declan had no idea his life was about to change, she is what he was missing from his life. She maybe in a prison jumpsuit, but she will not be going back.

In typical OTT fashion, this mountain meets his one and does everything needed to keep her. If you have read her other books, you will not be disappointed.

This was on hot OTT book and Heather Firth and Gabriel Thorne did a fantastic job with Kennedy and Declan! Kennedy's life just keeps getting back to worse but she never expected that a wildfire would bring her a chance to be free with the man of her dreams. Declan knows that the has found his person as soon as he lays on Kennedy. Declan is willing to anything and everything to keep Kennedy with him. I really enjoyed this OTT insta-love DV romance and I would recommend it and Ms. Olivia as a wonderful author.

Normally the beginning is the woman gets lost in the woods and somehow stumbles upon the guy's cabin. How these two meet is so interesting and different I just loved it. Even without this free copy I would suggest this story if you love a good instalove story.
